In this meeting, your future Leader takes a deeper dive into your experience and what you could bring to the team. You can expect questions on how knowledgeable you are in the business or technology area.
Then it’s time for you to show us what you can do. A role-specific assignment will let you apply your knowledge and experience to a practical business case.
At this final stage, you will review the skills assessment you submitted ahead of time and cover any final questions that still remain unanswered.
