Learning Resources
To support your learning journey, we offer:
Personal budget: To start, each person at AIHR gets a €1,000 learning budget.
Book budget: We cover books related to your growth. All we ask is that you share what you have learned with our team.
Learning hours: Align with your manager on dedicating hours to learning.
Access to all AIHR certificate programs.
Coaching with our in-house leadership, strengths, and career development coach, Gemma (based on approval from your manager).

Dutch Classes
Approximately every six months, we offer accredited Dutch courses across several proficiency levels (A1 and further) to all AIHR employees. Beginner courses (A1/A2) will always be available, but the level of the courses offered will depend on the demand.

Formal Growth & Progression
L-E-A-R-N is our company-wide skills, compensation, and career-leveling framework. We’ve implemented this to provide guidance on your growth journey at AIHR, be it additional knowledge, within-role skills, thinking about a future role or level, or opportunities that exist in other teams at AIHR. This journey is led by you and supported by your manager. Growth talks happen formally six months after your first day and then every six months after. Your manager schedules these, but as the driver of your own growth, you can set up meetings, feedback sessions, etc., anytime. We also use the framework to ensure we map everyone's roles to the correct market salary data. It’s important for us to know we are offering a fair salary. Our ranges are based on global market-leading data, and we check them every six months to ensure alignment. Additionally, at the end of every year, we conduct a company-wide benchmarking activity to check everyone is where they need to be.
