Recognition Program
We deeply value the loyalty of our employees and are firm believers that loyalty deserves to be celebrated, rewarded, and used as an example for others. That's why we have chosen three moments that mark important milestones in the careers of AIHR employees.
A 2.5-year anniversary is organized by the team manager and celebrated within the team.
A 5-year anniversary is organized by the team manager and celebrated in our lounge with as many people as possible.
A 10-year anniversary is organized by the team manager and celebrated with a surprise.
Connection & Celebration
At AIHR, we like to celebrate our successes and enjoy shared downtime whenever we can, so our fridges are always fully stocked for end-of-the-day (or week) drinks.
Monthly Cake Friday
That is exactly what it says. Delicious cakes from Koekoela to celebrate that month's birthdays.
End of week informal drinks
Team members stay after hours, sharing drinks, listening to music, and playing games (e.g., karaoke, table tennis, Mario Kart, chess, etc.).

Quarterly wrap-up fun time
Once a quarter after our wrap-up, we throw a bigger party in the office with food for the whole team to celebrate our milestones. This might be an Oktoberfest, pub quiz, or karaoke—the list is endless!

Each team or department also organizes their own fun activities like team days, escape rooms, team lunches, and parties 4x per year.
