How and when we pay you
We pay your salary on a monthly basis on or just before the 26th of each month, provided we have your BSN, tax form, and bank account before our payroll preparation deadline.
If you don't have your form and BSN on time, don’t worry! You will still get paid in advance, which the finance team has specially arranged for you. Our payroll system is managed by Tentoo.
When you start with us, you will receive an account where you can always receive your monthly and annual payslips, even after you have left AIHR: https://tentoo.nmbrs.nl/(opens in a new tab).
Pension Plan
In addition to the state pension, we have a company pension plan:
AIHR contributes 2%.
You contribute 2%.
There is an option to add extra contributions or change your investment risk. We will also connect you with an ASR advisor to help you with these decisions.
Travel Options
Based on the preferences you indicate to us
Traveling by car: We reimburse you for 0.23 cents per km.
Traveling by public transport (OV): On your first day with AIHR, you will receive a personalized NS Business Card to use for your work commute. Simply scan the card at the OV terminals.
Company Bike Plan
The costs of your Swapfiets subscription are being deducted from your wage before tax, which means your subscription will be, on average, 36.93% cheaper (depending on your tax bracket).
